Footsteps to Ghana 2011

Baobab Youth Performers traveled to Ghana in this past July,  for an educational and artistic journey. For three weeks, 24 Ottawa youth and 11 adults immersed themselves in the traditional village life of Dagbamete, hosted by master drummer Kwasi Dunyo. The experiences and stories are entertaining, sobering and life-changing. For a glimpse into these adventures,  visit our BLOG.  For more general information see Footsteps2011, and check out our short video about the project.
