African drumming, movement, singing can be wonderful physical metaphors for exploring themes of team building, change and transition, unity and diversity, among others. It provides a vibrant opportunity for improving health and well-being, enhancing creativity, and encouraging expression and collective awareness. Workshops can be tailored to suit many needs, and can take place at the Baobab Tree House Studio, or on-site for your event.
