We are excited for this season!
- Check out our monthly Friday night adult workshops, 7-9pm (the fourth Friday of every month beginning Sept 22)
- Classes for ages 7-12 are Wednesdays 6:15-7:15 -starts Sept 20 & Jan 17
- Rehearsals for our Youth Group (ages 12-18) are Wednesdays 4:30-6pm
(more info on our classes page) All programming takes place at St George’s Church Community Room 415 Piccadilly Ave unless otherwise noted.

Pub Quiz Fundraiser
Join us for a fun afternoon of trivia, with the amazing Quiz Master Paul Paquette!

Concert featuring Baobab Youth Performers w/ Special Guest Master Drummer Kwasi Dunyo! We will also welcome the OYOA Harp Ensemble and the Adowa Dancers for that performance.
Location: First Unitarian Congregation, 30 Cleary Ave. (near Richmond and Woodroffe)
Tickets: Advance $20 (general) & $10 (stud/sen) ticket includes pre-concert reception with Ghanaian snacks at 6:30pm. (tickets at the door are $5 more)

RHYTHM TREK
Summer Drum Camp for ages 7-12
August 13-17, 2018 from 9am-4pm
Location: Baobab Community Space, St George’s Church 415 Piccadilly Ave, Ottawa (Island Park & Wellington)
Activities include: West African drumming, singing, movement, visual art and cultural exploration. The week culminates in a food and performance celebration! We only hold camp one week in the summer so we put all our energy into creating a very special week!
Cost $225 (includes instruments and supplies) Some subsidized spots available.
